Attorney Paul Garver graduated with a B.A from Miami University. He received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College Of Law. Paul received his Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution and co-authored the award winning Planning Mediation Programs: A Deskbook for Common Pleas Judges. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association, and The Illinois Bar Association. Paul is admitted to the bar in Illinois.

 Attorney Lynn Graham
Lynn joined Hawbecker & Garver in 2009. She graduated cum laude with her undergraduate from Augustana College. She graduated cum laude and received her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School. Lynn's primary practice area is Real Estate. She has negotiated short sales, closed "normal" deals and has personally been involved in over 200+ real estate closings. Lynn helps with troubleshooting difficult files and works tirelessly to make sure our clients have a smooth closing. Lynn is admitted to the bar in Illinois.
 Attorney Thomas Cunningham, of Counsel
Thomas Cunningham has had his practice at 35 S. Garfield in Hinsdale since 1978. He received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University. He is an member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and brings 40+ years of experience to Hawbecker & Garver specifically in the areas of Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice. Tom is an invaluable asset and lends his experience and wisdom to our team.
 Attorney Melissa Grisoni
Melissa is a recent addition to the Hawbecker & Garver team. She graduated with a B.A. from Roosevelt University. She received her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law where she was Executive Articles Editor of the Chicago-Kent Law Review. Melissa has over ten years of professional experience, including over four years with Winston & Strawn’s paralegal department. Melissa's primary practice area is Estate Planning, and she works closely with Paul and Tom to insure that every estate planning client has the best plan in place to meet their goals and wishes. Melissa is admitted to the bar in Illinois.
 Attorney Anne Zrenda
Anne is also a recent addition to the Hawbecker & Garver team. She received her undergraduate from Miami University, and received her J.D. from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Licensed to practice in both Ohio and Illinois, Anne has over five years of experience as a staff attorney working both for the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, and the Ohio Court of Appeals, Eighth Appellate District. Taking some time off to volunteer at an orphan's home in Nepal, Anne then returned state side and settled in Chicago. Upon her return she founded a non-profit organization to assist orphans with special needs in Nepal. Anne's primary practice area is Personal Injury. She works closely with Paul and Tom to make sure that we have the most effective advocacy possible for our personal injury clients.
 Attorney Kirk Langefeld
Kirk Langefeld graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Business Administration in 2001. He received his J.D. with Honors from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2004. Kirk’s practice is focused on estate planning and administration, real estate and corporate transactions. Kirk works closely with Paul, Tom and the real estate and estate planning teams. Kirk is a member of the Oak Park/River Forest Chamber of Commerce and the Illinois State Bar Association. Kirk is admitted to the Illinois Bar.
 Maria Kumis, Paralegal
Maria graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from University of Illinois. She completed Roosevelt University’s ABA-Certified Paralegal Program. Maria is attending The John Marshall Law School’s evening division and intends to receive a J.D. in 2014. Maria joined Hawbecker & Garver in 2007, and has assisted with our real estate closings since that time. For over a year she served as our sole real estate paralegal, and since then has played an active role in assisting and training our staff. She currently is dedicated solely to Short Sale negotiation and helps us close over 70+ short sale sells a year.

Candice received her undergraduate degree from Columbia College. She completed Roosevelt University’s ABA-Certified Paralegal Program. She joined Hawbecker & Garver in 2010. Candice assists our real estate clients and helps keep all of our current real estate deals on track.
